MPO is the only cardiac marker known to accurately and effectively address heart attacks before, during and after the event. MPO allows doctors to clearly assess the situation regardless of the stage, and make changes to prevent, end, or treat the attack.
PREDICTION – MPO is the new generation of cardiac risk indication. It predicts with accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity whether or not a patient is at risk, and how urgent the risk is.
DIAGNOSIS – Prior to MPO, it was an arduous process to identify the presence of a heart attack in patients, because patients were required to wait for several hours before tests could even be run. MPO testing is the instant and effective way to assess whether or not a patient has suffered a heart attack.
PROGNOSIS – MPO testing is also a valuable tool after a heart attack. It helps doctors determine the effectiveness of post-attack therapy, assess a patient’s future risk, and help them avoid another heart attack.
